Train Graphs

ViziRail Planning Graphs are time/distance graphs for services in the Long Term Plan (LTP) and Short Term Plan (STP) modules.

The ViziRail Train Graph is a graphical representation of the activities on a selected section of track, over a selected time period. A train is represented on the graph as a series of line segments (i.e. polyline) representing its journey between the locations. The train line is continuous when the train travels between each of the graph locations.

The graph displays:

The scheduled path of trains travelling along the track during the time period
Track Possession bids/windows for the selected track
Temporary Speed Restrictions that exist for the track during the selected period

The Train Graphs can be used to:

Update train schedules using the mouse via drag and drop
Navigate to other forms within ViziRail STP/LTP
Print to a printer/plotter a copy of the working diagram
Display conflicts between services

The ViziRail Train Graph module enables the following:

Print Train Control Diagrams and Planning Graphs
Print to large A0 size plotter output
User defined train variables and graph attributes including colour, styles and layout.
Multiple tracks and branch lines
